For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
 John 3:16 is the most widely quoted and translated verse in the Bible and though the verse only consists of 25 words, contains the truth of God's plan of salvation for each one of us.
It is interesting to note that the central word in the verse (i.e. the 13th word) is the word 'Son', and it is important to point out that God's word, and therefore God's message to us, needs to be focused on His Son - Jesus Christ.
